I LOL'd so hard. I've never understood the whole drop-the-ball-as-soon-as-you-drop-the-goalline thing but more and more players are doing it. I was happy to see this play out. It should have cost Oklahoma the pick-six against us earlier this year but replay ruled that he had crossed the goal line.

If I was his coach he would carry the ball around for the next 30 days....make him sleep with it. Then before practice every day he's take the ball on the 40 and run to and through the end zone about 10 times. I ga-ron-tee when done he would NEVER DROP the ball again like that.

Rule #1: after scoring a TD hand the football to the nearest official.  Or, meet a GA at 5:00 a.m. at the stadium for the next five days for some extra conditioning work involving stadium steps.
