I read that most of those countries had already texted the UGA athletic department letting them know not to send them.  They haven't been able to give away all of the ones that they've sent the past few years.

Reminds me of the commercial of the fisherman dangling a dollar bill over the woman saying she needs to be quicker than that as she reaches for it and pulls it away.. Better luck next year jaw jaw
