Maybe the LVs will lose one more time this season so he gets one more chance to bad mouth the coaches and the University. We can only hope.  And BDV, there ain't not such thang as a bad faith post by that shizzlehead - his whole fizzleing body of work is bad faith.....C'mon Man.

It was a great win. So she's Pat Summit good now. Noted.  So she should be expected to win them all now? Is that what you are saying? You weren't talking shizzle in many of their performances like losing 17 point leads. She's still the same coach.
EDIT: I am joking. It was a great win. Hope it continues and this team turns the corner and can put together a few good games in a row and be consistent.

I think that broke like a 32 game SEC win streak by South Crackolina

Well done Lady Vols!

As my weekly statement of the obvious, this was huge.

Seriously though, I've probably been more critical of the LVs than almost anyone on here (well, not THAT guy). I wasn't a fan of KH's hire. But you can't deny that this team has made huge strides this year. Are they back to the level of Pat's heyday? Of course not. But they are light years ahead of the Holly era. That game last night would've been a blowout loss before this year, especially after being down 14 at halftime. They haven't even been competitive in games like this for a while now, let alone win them. And that's the thing- they've been competitive in every loss this year, even against the UConns of the world. They need to learn how to finish (maybe last night was a huge step in that direction?) and gain some consistency. But on their best nights, they can beat anyone in America (sounds like another UT hoops team I can name). That is something Kelly can point to in recruiting.

Next year may be a step back. They'll presumably lose Davis, who is easily their best player since Candace Parker. But I believe brighter days are ahead for this program.

You touched on their biggest issue in my view, not knowing how to finish (see uconn game).
Kelly freely admitted to a "fiery" halftime "discussion" and suspect she channeled her memories of similar situations when playing or Pat.
What ever, it worked.

They have suffered several injuries on the front line and keep on chugging along, Key turning into a good player
During the 2nd half last night we played Davis at the 4 and SC had no answer.
Remains to be seen if Kelly can get us back to the Summit but the results so far are encouraging for sure

Looks like that awesome coaching went away real quick. Plus maybe she should make them practice more basketball and worry less about being "woke".

Truth hurts don't it?  Back at you. What's your excuse for this loss then?

It's as if you just lurked in the bushes until something bad happened to the Vols so you could jump back on here.

Pathetic.

You must be a truly unhappy person.

I don't know. I look at the LV's and do not see a well coached team. How do you see a well coached team?
