Backs against the wall, now. Let’s hope that they can pull it off.

So frustrating. I feel like they were just having some bad luck early. But after 2-3 times threatening and coming up empty, their frustration started to show in their play.

I'd much rather have Mississippi St. than Texas in an elimination game Tuesday. Tough draw. I sure didn't expect us to be two-and-done in Omaha, but there's a good chance we might be.

Toward the end of the broadcast, the color guy stated Tennessee was chasing down and away pitches more than they typically do.  Might be a case of "stage fright" at being in Omaha a bit, though they have typically not had that problem all season.

So maybe they got the jitters out and can get back to normal.

Also it was frustrating to watch the squandered opportunities, but credit to their pitcher, unfortunately, he pitched a helluva game.

It’s been a tourney full of upsets so far. The only chalk game over the weekend was Vandy over AZ, and it took them 12 innings to win that one. Then Stanford came out and eliminated AZ today in a big upset.
