He was out and I think that replay shows that. Having said that, it shouldn’t have been an issue because it was a terrible tag.

In college baseball you can't block the plate/base until you are in possession of the baseball.  Pavs had a bad game today, but he did everything right on that play. 

And I still see him going in the draft next week.

In my opinion, if he goes low with the tag the runner is easily out. It clearly looked to me like he was way too high on the tag. To me, the runner easily slid right under it. I thought he was going to be out easily when he caught the baseball.
