A 20 school SEC including these schools?

Wouldn't even need an NCAA any longer.

I'm not a fan. I wasn't in favor of the previous realignments when Nebraska went to the Big 10, Maryland went to the Big 10, Missouri, A&M, South Carolina & Arkansas went to the SEC and etc.

I liked the old conferences. 8 game playoff and you could reduce the number of regular season games to 11.

This waters it down. No old rivalries.

Video may have killed the radio star. Will money kill college football?

I'm not a fan, but here's reality (NOT political). You have to factor this into your decision.

1) What are the odds of another pandemic being declared in the next 5-10 years?
2) Regardless of magnitude, how will your conference handle it?

All B1G schools came perilously close to losing all football revenue last year. Had the SEC not gotten the ball rolling the season would not have existed. There was no parents day for the seniors.

Their 2021 baseball tournament was played in front of zero fans.

The above are absolutely being used on the recruiting trail. How good is your NIL if you're playing a game? Covid reaction + NIL are the perfect storm.

I don’t see it happening, but a week ago I would have said exactly the same thing about Texas and OU.

I can more easily see Clemson and another ACC school jumping to the SEC than OSU.  If that were to happen, however, it would likely become more possible that OSU and another Big10 school might jump ship.

the Ncaa manages college sports, for the presidents 0f the universities. There will always be some form of the NCAA.

I know I am being repetitive,  but it's all about generating revenue these days.
