Kyler Kerbyson and Reed Bacon reviewed their trip to Saturday's scrimmage in the latest Bleav in Tennessee podcast. It seems the offense at least has solid depth, particularly WR and the OL.

This isn't a huge surprise, but it was nice to hear.

I think next year will basically be similar. Might pick up a couple wins.

Totally agree. I think defensive deficiencies will be difficult to overcome, but hopefully the offense can offset those. If we could add even one or two defensive starters at any position from the portal that could be huge.

If we at least have more components at LB perhaps we won't tire out there. Any chance a WR could be useful in the secondary? Everyone can't get touches there

The Mohan dude on the roster, transfer from Michigan... was a 4 star. Nary a word about him. Same with Willis. Football isn't that gotdam complicated. It really isn't y'all. Kinda like Heupel's offense. Worked real well... year one. Let's go!

I believe the Vols will likely go 8-4.   Could be 9-3, could  be 7-5.

Win 2 of 3 from Pitt, UF and LSU.

Win 1 of 2 from USCe and UK.

Lose to Bama and UGA.

Vols need to stay healthy to get to 9 wins in the regular season.

If UT was ever going to beat UF, this would be the year.

LSU is vulnerable, but the game is at LSU, which is a tough road venue.

I concur Jedi.
