But this series was the most mortal we’ve looked yet in SEC play. I think as our young pitchers put more looks on film, SEC hitters are catching up to them a bit. Losses are sure to come- there’s a reason why no one has come close to running the table in this league.

The remaining schedule is looking much tougher than it was 2-3 weeks ago. UGA, AU, and Bammer are better than anyone thought they’d be. UF seemed to get their act together this weekend, taking 2/3 from Arkansas. And though MSU is struggling now, you just know they’ll be a tough out in Starkville that last weekend.

Really speaks to the job Vitello has done, I’m watching baseball and looking forward to the next one!   

Baseball is one of those things that never really grabbed me and held on.  I played growing up, my Dad follows it… but as I got older it didn’t hold my interest.   I’m watching these guys, though!

They are definitely fun to watch. Hope they can keep it going. Love to see them in Omaha again.

Tony V is bringing Tidwell along slowly (he gets the stat tonight) and once we have him back to form our starting staff will be one of the best.
