There are a lot of holes to fill no doubt, but next year’s team has the potential to be as good if not better. The greatest returning weekend rotation in CBB history isn’t a bad foundation on which to build. And Moore and Burke (who will probably own every offensive record in school history by the time he leaves) will join the lineup on a full time basis.

I’ve said before how baseball wasn’t really my thing, especially collegiate baseball. The season before this past one was the first time I’d ever really watched much TN baseball. But kudos to Tony V for getting this thing going to the point where even I really cared.

You’re right, Pirate….what a fun ride! Me and my Dad and brothers-in-law were talking sports during a period of months when we didn’t usually have much to talk about sports-wise.
