He's not wrong, either about the old under the table or that the new "top of the table" will be even less enforceable, even if they manage to define anything illegal about it.  It seems to be pretty vague how you violate NIL, let alone get in trouble for it.

Well I've been up here in KY a long time! I figured something was going on!  Lexington is nice, but not THAT nice. Land locked, literally!
