Michigan is an easier job than Tennessee due to schedule and proximity to talent. However, it's not orders of magnitude easier.

There's enough talent within 300 miles of Knoxville to compete for a national title. Unlike Michigan, a lot of quality programs fish those waters.

In the Midwest Notre Dame and Ohio State are the only other programs of similar quality, and each has their own abundant source of players.

I don’t think we’re in imminent danger of losing CJH. But White does need to give him a big raise ASAP. He should be no worse than the 4th highest paid coach in the SEC.

And I’m sure White knows this and is working on something as we speak.

Agree with BDV and Louis. Also, make the buyout massive through 2024.
