Not a good day for the two Alabama schools....Auburn went down to West Virginia earlier.. Hope it's not one of those wakeup calls like KY was before we play Auburn next Saturday.

Not to get into too much cliché coachspeak, but…one game at a time. UF on the road midweek is hardly a gimme. In fact every game left on our schedule (perhaps save for SC at home) is a possible loss if we don’t bring our A game. This is why I’m not getting too wrapped up in the mock brackets that have us as a 1 seed. Let’s get through February unscathed and see how it looks then.

Bama's loss was by the largest margin of defeat a top-two team has EVER suffered to an unranked team.

That's another National Championship.

Not that it matters much, but do we jump up to the #2 spot on Tuesday?

Believe I read the SEC went 3-7  yesterday....Terrible.

And if anybody believes the seedings right now they are nuts...It's all for clicks and fan chatter.

It’s too bad they can’t flex schedule these days.  Just have the home teams set and determine opponents a few weeks out.  Bama Kansas would have been a good game to watch.  Maybe Bama doesn’t sleep walk thru that one.

I was thinking the same thing.  Just an epic fail.  In our case, i really think something drastic happened like the fight rumors or team wide flu, or even SC stealing signals…. It was such an abberation, that “bad game” just doesn’t explain it.

There HAD to be some kind of off-field shenanigans going on.

And I disagree that bammer’s game was worse than ours. Maybe just for the performance itself- but other than maybe  one seed line, that loss means nothing. They’re still going to the dance and they’re getting a shot at the title. Our loss to SC cost us everything.
