Well, there will be no title this year. Shame too, because we have a championship core, but no depth. Once SEC play begins and Valentine, Shows and Co. start doing their thing, we'll be entering crunch time in every game with 3-4 walkons on the floor.

Also, f**k Carr. I hope we see his soft ass again. I have a feeling we will.🖕🏼

I wonder about his NIL. If he stays enrolled in the spring and is available to fulfill his contractual demands, wouldn't he likely be able to continue to collect his Spyre NIL. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I'm NIL is an issue
In order to fulfill his contractual requirements he most likely have to spend most of his time here
Will be interesting

Yes he would have to likely stay in Knoxville. My question is that since he isn't going to play until next season, couldn't he stay in Knoxville, fulfill the obligations and be available for events, and still collect his NIL payments? NIL cannot be "pay-for-play" so I don't see how they could exclude him.

that was my point
The first year I attended a get together with the VC leaders
Obviously they couldn't get into specifics but there are specific things g the athletes are required to do

Practicing or rehabbing should definitely be in NIL contracts.

That is approaching pay for play
Which is where we will most likely be within a year or so

Contracts MUST become a part of all this madness otherwise it is only a growing chaos.

You remember last year
He would enter the game, immediately start launching shots, usually missing and playing a bull fighter on defense
