I am hooked already.  About 1/2 through AC.  Revolver gave me the advise to save the money, skip it, and just read up on the story line; however, I have never been one for listening/taking sound advise.   

Because all of you kept pumping the AC Series, I finally broke down and got AC, ACII and AC Rev.

I like it.

I work on 4th and Commerce (one block from the current convention center).  The Renaissance is connected to the convention center.  The courtyard on 4th and Church is 2.5 blocks away from the convention center.  The Hermitage is about 5 blocks from the convention center.  The homestead is about the same (5-6 blocks away).  There is a double tree that is about 7 blocks away.  The Hilton is my choice.  It forces you to cross broadway (honky tonk drive) to get to the convention center.  It is only 2.5 blocks away.   I hope this helps.

I am going.  I am hunting Thursday and Friday and then going to the game on Saturday.

Personally, I think the East is down and they SHOULD be right in the thick of it in year three of Dooley's tenure. I'm not confident that they will be but I will be disappointed if they aren't. Third is my floor, not my ceiling, when it comes to expectations.

Lately on other boards (maybe here from some) I see a growing sentiment to try to explain why a 9 or better win season puts the expectations too high. To that I say: fizzle that noise. Either get back to being Tennessee or GTFO.

well he finds new ways to please palates of course.  Tonight I am attending the Alton Brown International Biscuitfest Appearance and my SO was kind enough to purchase the dad blamed VIP Gold Circle tickets that includes a champagne reception for Mr Brown after the show.  So therefore I am hoping to get the chance to meet Mr Brown somewhat briefly since I am a biscuitfest competitor the last two years (not entering this year due to a trip to Dayton OH).

I will hope to get a picture with Mr Brown to wow and amaze you (OR NOT)......

Stogie, I am a fairly new cigar enthusiast (and i use that word loosely). I have had my humidor for about 2.5 years. I typically do not smoke my procurement rather collect them.  I tend to buy a cigar on each vacation as a souvenir and bet your bottom dollar I buy one on special occasions.  I will attest to your statement about letting your cigars age.  Most cigars that i purchase are ok but they can be nursed back into greatness over time in a well maintained humidor.
