Come off the ledge, things will get better. We have no QB currently on campus that gives me a warm and fuzzy...so whatever run we have going will probably take a vacation until we find a serviceable QB and develop him. Blake Sims certainly isn't the answer, and the fact nobody can unseat him from #2 doesn't bode well.

Most of the ACL injuries we've had over the years (and this year to Vinnie Sunseri  ) were of the non-contact variety.

While I hate the targeting rule, I haven't seen the massive increase in knee injuries to WRs either. I wonder if the people who predicted that are the same ones predicting the apocalyptic hurricane seasons that never pan out every year.

Yes, still in the service...only six more years until I'm eligible to retire so I can't quit now. I've been pretty good, though this year has been stressful. The sequestration and government shutdown was starting to look like Christmas was going to be cancelled, but I suppose we are OK until the next Congressional poopfest. (to Congress, that is)

....and look through my 6 year old's homework and schoolwork.  In it was a nice little book they put together that was titled, Fall Sounds Like.... .  Some cool pages that my sweet, innocent 6 yo colored and glued together. I was thoroughly enjoying it......until the 'Fall sounds like.......Rocky Top' page, with a picture of a stadium and a brown football glued inside the stadium. And what was colored inside the brown football?  A gawd aweful orange T   The next parent-teacher conference will get very interesting  . She's got some splainin to do  .
