It was the gold standard back then, and probably had a lot to do with guys like Webb, Pickens, Manning, Nash, Little, etc. coming to UT. Now that we're about to have the best facility in America again, I expect to see another bump in recruiting. The difference is there's a lot more money to go around these days, so the new building probably won't stay at the top of the heap for as long as N-T did.
