Hart said this: "I believe we need stability and not transition in key positions. I really like Derek Dooley, and I really like this football staff. I get a chance to see it every day. I can seen the internal progress that is being made. I'm excited about where we're going. I'm exciting about the direction we're moving. Derek, like other coaches here, inherited a substantial rebuilding job."

Anything else would be used in negative recruiting tactics.
