Dave Hart just on @JimmyHyams show. Asked if Dooley buyout would be hurdle in light of budget issues. Hart said this: "I believe we need stability and not transition in key positions. I really like Derek Dooley, and I really like this football staff. I get a chance to see it every day. I can seen the internal progress that is being made. I'm excited about where we're going. I'm exciting about the direction we're moving. Derek, like other coaches here, inherited a substantial rebuilding job."  |

Yep. Anything else would be used in negative recruiting tactics. Truth is we still need 2 more good years of recruiting to be completely restocked with upperclassmen and seasoned players in the 2 deep across the board. |
