It's funny, I don't remember Cuonzo as a player at Purdue, but everyone always talks about what a fiery competitor he was. We're gonna be right where we were the past two seasons. Last year I actually got mad when UT got left out. Not this year, though. I'm not falling into that trap again. I want them to succeed, but have lost hope for consistency. A&M got drilled by South Carolina tonight. He must have REALLY mellowed with age. :dunno: I've only watched 3-4 games this year, but yeah, he looks like a freaking rock during the game. :confused: I almost think he's a bit too introverted to be a head coach at a major program. I heard his post game comments after Tamu and he sounded really unsure of himself almost like he can't handle the spot light too well. It's too bad really...I don't think he's a bad guy. But he had better get fired up about coaching UT basketball and find some confidence in a hurry or it's gonna be too late. |
