Top of the 9th was just an absolute shizzleshow by ECU. Then Wake said ?hold my beer?. :dielaughing: Yesavage is really tough for ECU, but nothing else about that team scares me. In fact, I would bet right now that they don?t make it to Knoxville. Title: Re: And DOWN goes Wake! Title: Re: And DOWN goes Wake! Post by: Black Diamond Vol on June 02, 2024, 03:42:48 EDT Notice how UT got better when he left the clubhouse and Wake got worse after being No.1 in the preseason? Between Burns and Maui Ahuna, I think CTV learned some valuable lessons on culture and roster management last year. Burns (and his handlers) was just a pain in the ass, and I don't think they'll let anyone get away that kind of BS again. Ahuna was by all accounts a good teammate, but his NIL deal apparently caused friction. In Rick Barnes, we have maybe the best "culture coach" in any sport anywhere. The rest of our coaches would do well to seek his advice. |
