Fedora has been quiet during this while others on the list have been quoted in the media as staying.  I think he is the current #2 if Gruden is not coming.  To be fair to him, if Gruden is not the choice, I hope it is not an official statment by Gruden tomorrow morning followed by a press conference to announce Fedora that afternoon.  Not enough time for the fanbase to decompress and accept.

Hubbs is quoted as stating that Gruden did not silence the rumors of his interest in UT on M&M and neither did the UT official he (Hubbs) spoke with this morning.  That might not be verbatim but did anyone read or hear this comment from Hubbs today?  Trying to make sense of this hectic morning of events. 

Mike & Mike HAD to ask the question, probably told Gruden they would.  He could have very easily said he wanted to take his name out of any consideration but did not.  Does not change my thought of him being the next UT coach one bit.

I expect VN to crash either way with the final annoncement.  You need every last ounce of sanity to survive more than 5 minutes in one main thread over there.

Is the Stoops to Kentucky report I have been seeing accurate?  If so, that might prove that a press conference can be done on Friday involving a coach that still has some football left this weekend.  At this point, the roller coaster speculation is getting to be a little tired for me.  Hart has seen the blueprint of what to do with a key hire while at Bama and has lived the last two years with what not to do.  I trust he is not an idiot.

I will be pulling for whatever team needs to score whatever point in my football squares contest that evening to win some $$.  Makes the game much more tolerable having to watch Bama, Georgia or Irish playing.

Joe Biddle likes to pick at UT.  He thinks he has to act this way due to the fact that he and Spurrier went to HS together.  He is usually anti UT and this seems like it would be right up his ally to get involved.  Not to mention he gets his name circulated again. 

I won't be disappointed with losing out on Gruden as long as a qualtity coach is hired.  One that has a proven track record as a HC.

Exactly.  I will not support this AD with any of my money until a change is made.  Was thinking about going up for the Kentucky game.  Not now.  Maybe catch a UT basketball game.  Sorry guys, guilty by association.  I am done with my support until the AD grows a pair and does something.

No, there is no comparison for inept coaching that Dooley displays.  Another coach at his worst, is still better than Dooley.  He is an embarrasment.  Totally out of his league. 

Any chance the new movies possibly picks up in the Clone Wars, with most characters already in place,  similiar to the cartoons that air currently or is it a given that these new movies are post Vader? 

Just when I thought he could not get any more idiotic as a coach after the late FG against Bama, he comes out with this garbage and expects UT fans to feel better about being toasted on the field by Troy.   He is simply out of his league in every phase of coaching at UT.

I hope Sunseri is fired at halftime.

I am going with 80,000 that won't look like that much due to natural late arrivals for homecoming and early departures.

There are coaches that are legitimate top level college coaches.  Ours is not one of those.  He is over his head and we will never go anywhere with him on the sidelines.  He managed to screw up yet another game!

UT is just a badly coached team.  They don't catch any breaks and seem to play tentative.  I am over this coaching staff.  Hope we have a new one next year.

Bama and the #1 rank will carry some weight for a primetime game for ESPN.  I think if UT beats MSU this weekend and can possibly be ranked, that might influence for the later timeslot.  I still think S.Car & Fla are the CBS game.

That ump can't make that call standing in that spot (50 feet from infield dirt) at that time of the game.  He should never ump another baseball game again.  I normally feel sorry for some refs  that get unfortnuate game situations but not that guy.

This is really a sad twist to have Pat's name involved considering her health.
