I will be leaving the office at 11:30 today in order to prepare for next week's gorging. And to play golf. It's almost cold enough to wear my new Carhartt hat with the fold-down ear flaps.
Thank you. That is all. Carry on.

Think about how odd it was when I bought it. I went to a store that sells work and hunting apparel, there were all these manly men in there buying stuff for work and hunting, and I wander in and ask for a cap with ear flaps so that I can play golf in 40 degree weather. I thought they looked at me a little funny when I asked if they were serving wine and hors d'oeuvres.

Do y'all think the LV's have the pieces to make a final four run this year?
Yes. The problem is that women's basketball in general is better than ever. The LV's still get many of the great players, but there's more of them and more schools get their share. No longer can the LV's or UCONN take for granted they will be playing for the NC.

Im kinda in the same boat but I truly can't see anybody else right now. I mean I do and don't want it at the same time see cool for the first all conference NC to be SEC Schools in my opinion. GO VOLS! ![](https://volstothewall.com/board/Smileys/default/powert.gif) Yep, but that means that Bama has a chance to win their 2000th National Championship. Nobody wants that. Well, except for Bama fans.

Does my LSU-Bama Prediction seem to far fetched right now. GO VOLS! ![](https://volstothewall.com/board/Smileys/default/powert.gif) No. But I hope it doesn't come true.

Consig started with one his go to Cabs-- BV Napa. Though BV Rutherford and BV GdLT have more terroir and "Rutherford Dust", BV Napa is a consistent wine which pairs great with steak. Typical retail has risen to the mid to low $20s but the wine is a classic year after year.
Following the BIG tannic Cab-Consig stepped it down a notch and went with a Gevrey Chambertin Ville Villages. Restrained Burg that could have used more bottle time but classic wine that would great with Turkey for T-giving. about $25 per bottle
Man, you pulled out an old post. Which reminds me, I have one more bottle of that wine. And...I used to drink a lot of BV and Beaulieu wines. Loved them. I need to get back to them. I'll have to call my wine girl. I also have a bottle of Chambertin in the vault. Saving it for something special.

In the spirit of contributing to a lively discussion I will enter the fray.
I agree with Pirate.
I will concede that Simms knows more of the offensive playbook and knows it better. That means you can do more with Simms.
But when it comes to throwing the ball, Worley is much better. He gets rid of it quickly and throws a good ball. Yes, he probably cost us the USC game. Maybe Simms doesn't. But how many interceptions of Simms did we have to see? How many times did we have to see Simms holding on the ball too long, getting hit from behind and fumbling?
Was it worth burning the redshirt? Only the results of the last 4 games will tell.
If you can't run the ball, you have to pass. Worley is better at that.
