made an announcement in Quebec City that he would not perform in any state or that part of the world thta has a "Stand Your Ground" law. Madonna, Jayzee and another has joined in as well. Wonder stated that he would not perform in those states (FLorida) or any other state until the "Stand Your Ground" law is repealed. Currently 23 other states have such a law including Tennessee. Personally I hope they never see the light of day. Moreover, I believe that they think they have so much clout that they can influence the decision making process on laws. Personally, I believe, and I hope they bankrupt themselves. If they don't get the verdit they want then they get pissed. Well, piss on them! Zimmerman had a fair trial, by a jury consistign of 6 woman, he was found not guilty. Furthermore I think that for the Department of Justice looking into the legality of a Civil lawsuit is a load of "BS". HE WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY!!!! Our sorry President had no reason to comment on the outcome of thte trial in any way.

our justice system WORKED AS INTENDED and so many are proclaiming that Zimmerman "got away with murder". It wasn't murder, it wasn't even manslaughter. It really makes me wonder if any of these people understand that the state has a burden of proof as defined and if it isn't met then the jury can't pronounce the defendant guilty. It's clear they didn't want justice, they wanted revenge regardless of the facts and/or available evidence. I bet if it were them accused they would want the letter of the law followed. The original investigation was thorough and the decision that there was insufficient evidence to charge was correct, but of course once the protests and accusations of racism began the Fed and state gov'ts lacked the courage to be honest and had to give in to the black community and force a trial.
