No single party its truly at fault in this shutdown, both are at fault, In my opinion I believe that the Republicans have done more to get this thing going (passed) than the dems have. But what truly needs to happen is every single congressman needs to be voted out.
Obama, Reid and Bayner (sp) need to ask themselves if they want to be remembered as the names that caused this country to default for the first time in history.

Personally, I blame the Republicans for the shutdown. They can try to justify their actions all they want, but at the end of the day, the shutdown was all about Obamacare. As much as I dislike Obamacare, it was legally passed, it was upheld by the SCOTUS, and if the Republicans want to defeat it, they should take their case to the American people and try to win enough seats in Congress to repeal it. That's how our republic form of government is set up to work. Sure, the Democrats have acted like spoiled children since the shutdown began, but if the Republicans weren't using underhanded political tactics to try and defund this health care law, we wouldn't be here.

But when it comes to the debt ceiling, the Republicans should not budge an inch. We have GOT to get spending under control and stop spending trillions of dollars we don't have. Our economy will never be truly vibrant again until we do. Neither party wants to curb spending when they're in power. But it's time for someone to take the step to do it.

All men dream: but not equally.
Those who Dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds
Wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the
Dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they
May act their dream with open eyes, to make it Possible.
This I did.
