A couple of points:
I'd like to know their definition of "new generation Stinger missile"
I find it difficult t believe that we would pass on what I would define as "new generation Stinger missile" (that is as far as I am prepared to discuss this particular subject)
The SA-24 Igla-S is a bad ass. (that is as far as I am prepared to discuss this particular subject)

BTW, what do I do and how might I know about the above, http://www.northropgrumman.com/capabilities/dircm/Pages/default.aspx (Freaking lasers!)
