Malzahn is moving quickly. great hire. This is the other problem with taking so long. The Good assistants will get taken.

They said on the radio down here that Malzahn has offered the job to Ellis, but there's not yet been an answer back. Of course everyone assumes that he will take it and I think it's really pretty much a done deal. The Cordinators will then have full authority to hire back the fired assistants or hire different ones.
