I still am not enamored with Shannon, but I tend to agree with BDV's post below... no matter who they hire, they need to win 9 games.

No sure I am sold on either, and I still have thoughts maybe a another candidate or two not in the press or blog world yet.

I would have been thrilled with Steele 2 years ago, and frankly was shocked it didn't happen.
