fizzle

just fizzle

I didn't notice he only played sparingly the first couple games

after kirkland, he was my no. 2 returning starter

News that he played injured last year is interesting...could further explain some things.

But unfortunately, this seems to be a Butch Jones hallmark.  Marquis North played many games with an injured back and was ineffective.  There are rumors that Thomas was injured early last year.  WTF Butch....sit your injured players.

He was injured last year.  It apears that the only defensive team member who WASN'T injured last year was Jumper

That sounds about right.  Wouldn't be football season without at least one devastating UT injury every week.

I've become numb to it at this point.

Well...in this case Kelly was apparently already injured and less effective, but he just finally admitted it apparently.

Moving on, who takes his place? Galuden is already a starter, maybe he moves over.  Berry?   Im not sure.
