Wants to heal and work on his mental health.  I take that as having to deal with team issues in the locker room.  If the mental issues were having to deal with playing all year long with a nagging injury (which surely can take its toll) he probably would have said that specifically and not have been so vague.  I guess Pruitt is saying he will be back next year,  but you have to wonder with the way that post was worded.  We could certainly use a healthy version of him next year, no doubt.

Pruitt is taking the female kicker to save his job angle that Mason tried.  He's scouring the female soccer team now looking for volunteers!

I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that JG had a great week of practice kicking the ball. He could give us the best chance to win.

He's done at UT. 

And there will be other players to follow. 

The "free year" is going to make the transfer market really deep in a couple of weeks.
