The Auburn O Line is a complete rebuild this year.  They had two OL from last year drafted into the NFL and lost 2 starters and a guy who started 7 games.  They have one guy coming back with 5 starts.  That's it!  Plus a transfer from Akron with 27 starts, but that's Akron for chrisakes.  And oh yeah, Cade Mays is pretty pissed.

So yeah, Georgia's DL dominated them, but ... I may be going out on a limb here, but I think maybe our OL is just a tad better than Auburn's.  So I will boldly predict we will have more success runing the ball.     I also don't think Auburn has a back the caliber of Gray, nuff said.

As for the Auburn DL, similar story, starters from lsat year drafted, and not just drafted but one first round and one second round pick, plus another starter gone. Only one starter back.  Thus no surpirse that Georgia ran all over them.  Frankly knowing what I know now about the lines, I am surprised Auburn was picked by some to be as high as second in the West. I just don't see it, I think 4th is more appropriate and maybe fifth even. Feeling better about our game with them later this year!  Now, what I don't have here is much to contrast our DL with theirs, though I do think ours has more experience and is better, even if not by much.  I also think our LB corps is solid backing up the DL.  On balance, I think Uga will be able to run on us, but not as well as they did on Auburn, and I also think our offense will hold the ball longer giving our team a chance to rest.

Finally, at this poitnt in the season I'd take JG over Bo Nix any day.  Pluse JG will have a lot more time to throw.

Looking forward to this game, I think we will do well.
