Petrino buyout----$10MM

7 years, and I will bet a crisp $100 bill that he will be at U of L  for at least those 7 years.  As my diehard "2nd team" there is nobody better at what he does than Tom Jurich, and if he is happy, I am happy.

Bobby Petrino is definitely in a "show me" stage as to his life transforming change, but I guarantee Tom Jurich has closed every loophole just in case some of the "old" Bobby is still in there.

I posted the other day when the Petrino to Louisville talk began that they better put a 10 Mil buyout into the contract or he'll leave them again in a couple of years.

Looks like they listened to me.

Josh Ward pointed out that when Petrino was hired at WKU he said he hoped to be there a long time. Today he said in his presser that he only went to WKU so he would be closer to Louisville. And, of course, he says today that Louisville is his "destination job."

He has a lot of competition in the category, but when it comes to college football's biggest douchebags, he's definitely in the lead pack.
