There have only been three SEC quarterbacks in the last 20 years to rush for 100+ yards and pass for 300+ yards on more than one occasion. Johnny Manziel did it four times, Tim Tebow did it two times, and Josh Dobbs has now done it two times.

Two of the three were Heisman winners. Dobbs isn't going to win the Heisman, but that's elite company.
