I missed the first inning of the game. The UT pitcher was hit by a batted ball. Anderson and Vitello came out and argued and were thrown out. What were they arguing about?

Vitello bumped the umpire. I expect he will get suspended for a few games. It wasn't an accidental bump.

He's definitely gonna sit for a couple of games. And probably deserves it. But, also, that dude shouldn't be officiating a major college baseball game. He shouldn't even be officiating a Little League game.

I’m not sure what TV was mad about tonight, but I’ll bet it was at least in part a carryover from last night. That guy was an absolute joke behind the plate.

But what was the original argument about when Anderson came out to check on the pitcher?

I didn't see it happen (I thought the game started at 6:30 instead of 6:00- oops) but they're speculating that he was pissed at bammer for stealing signs.

How does one argue against a hit back at the pitcher being intentional? Baffling. If that is what they were doing.

If AD White has the stones we think he has that ref shouldn't be allowed on the UT campus ever again starting at the conclusion of the game tonight.

there was a reaction to namers “apparent” celebration of the injury
