I have no problem with him staying. If that isn't a motivating factor at UT to improve, I will be pissed!

It would be nice to find an up and coming Coach(if UT can't get a big name)that could be another Doug Dickey

Can you spell mistake boys and girls? He might leave after next year and be ok, but if he waits longer than that he will go the way of past Vandy coaches and ruin his rep there instead of building it. He probably has enough ego though to think he can make Vandy a real contender.
