take a little pride in their job. I know they're young but hell this is their sixth game and I don't see any improvement whatsoever. Frustrating as hell.

No matter how young you are you need improvement from week to week.....Not seeing it.

Ditto, and I go way further back than you do.  We are really bad, but look at it like this, the upside is huge.
