Author Topic: How many yards will Tennessee's leading rusher have?  (Read 3975 times)

At this point I'm not sold on the running game improving. I think the leading rusher will have 500-600 yards rushing. What are your opinions?

600-700 is about right.  UT will still have to pass to set up the run.  After last year, I don't think UT's run game can get 2 yards if an opposing SEC defense (outside of UK) is expecting run.

Hm well we have our ol back almost intact but with more emphasis on the run game and imo we have an upgrade in talent at rb. We can hardly do worse than last yeat

And Crowell less UGA will run for 2000?

I think all of those totals are too much for 1 game...... Oh you meant for the season......I will say less than a 1,000. Chaney likes to pass too much to have anyone over a 1,000.

Never said or implied that.  Don't care how many yards UGA rushes or passes for.  CMR's offense is predicated on balance between run and pass, and I don't see any area of strength or weakness that would change that this year.
