That was a bad team that we crapped the bed against. They will not do well the rest of the year, but our frustrations continue.

Butch needs to evaluate Bajakian. That was some pitiful stuff today.

I think the first coach that needs to be evaluated is Don Mahoney. I'm not quite ready to call for Bajakian's head...because this time last year I was pretty well convinced that Jancek wasn't going to cut it, and I don't think we would trade him at this point. But, for sure, some of Jake's play calling leaves me scratching my head in bewilderment.

I think most of Florida's problem started and ended with Driskell.  If the new guy had not gotten in legal trouble, I could see them winning 8-9 games actually, because the rest of the East is also down.  If he is booted permanently then likely they will suck ass and make us look bad.

Keep in mind that even with Muschamp they went 11-1 two years ago, and had tons of injuries last year.  Even Muschamp can win with the talent they have there, provided he doesn't start Driskell anymore.  IMO....

The question is did you think Butch needed to evaluate Bajakian after we put 32 points on the board against UGA?  I would guess probably not.  We had a bad game.  Let's see how the rest of the games play out before we start calling for coaching changes.  If we avg 32 points per game the rest of the year, we will end up with a good record.  If we avg 9 points a game the rest of the year, we will have a bad record and then we can say changes need to be made.

UF's D is a lot better than UGa's. Do you feel UK is still a game we should win? Most people thought so before the season. Vols will not be a big threat until we get an SEC caliber QB. Hope he recruits one .....or three. None on the roster now will successful in the SEC. Everyone thought next year would be our year to return to challenging for the SECC. If any of the QB's on the roster now are starting next year, it won't happen. Even a true freshman will be tough to start.

Who is this "everyone" you speak of?     Seriously, I don't recall 2015 being eyed by most as the season for challenging for an SEC title.  It seems to me most were hoping for a return to 8-9 wins by 2015 (third season) and being competitive for an SEC championship by 2016.  I think that is still doable, although I wouldn't bet on being a championship contender in 2016.

'15 or '16 won't matter without a more talented QB. Vols are close to last in the SEC in QB talent. Hopefully our D develops into a Seahawk type D and the QB play won't be so important.
