The Cleveland Browns hired former defensive coordinator of the Browns Rob Chudzinski as the new head coach. While the Chicago Bears hired Montreal Alouettes head coach Mark Trestman(3rd string qb in 1982 at Miami behind Jim Kelly and Vinny Testaverde)

I guess the Bears and Browns figured it was better to hire no-names than hire retreads
