Dave Clawson for DC?
He knows how to keep SECOND offenses out of the end zone.

It wasn't Clawson, it was Fulmer holding him back.  Just because Clawson switched guards and tackles from left to right every other play means nothing.  Hell, HIGH SCHOOLS do that, so it must be right.  (but if Fulmer was holding Clawson back, why allow the OL to play musical chairs?  Hmmm, I guess I'm not smart enough to figure that out).

And even though Fulmer seemed to be trying to copy Tommy Tuberville by hiring an OC that did the spread, even though we were not a spread team and it ended disasterously, and cost both coaches their job, trust me, our spread was signficantly different from what the Auburn guy was running, because I know.  (Not that it matters what FLAVOR of spread is run, given that neither the HC nor the team has any experience with it  ).

Trust me, it wasn't Clawson, it was Fulmer, because I can't stand the SOB and I think he's overpaid.

Sorry....I am channeling a former poster this morning.  One that actually DID claim Fulmer "ruined" Clawson, rather vociferously.

Idk what killed the joke more, my autocorrect goof or your unnecessary defense of the Clawfense.  :-/

BTW...I might have been a little TOO ironic.  I was not defending Clawson at all, I was repeating the inept arguments I heard when I pointed out that he suxed.   That might not have been clear..
