Sadly for the Vols, that is becoming more evident with each game.   Talent.  Coaching/discipline.  Motivation.  From the on-field product, it's hard to check the boxes for these success factors.

I think the players now have played to much football. they play and are involved in football just about all 12 months of the year.
a lot more football than we did. For some the may be done when they get the scholarship.
