The foul with 4+ was a mistake in my opinion. That was the first issue. Worst case scenario you are going to OT. You have the best defense in the country? Defend. Switch all screens on the arc and let them have the layup. 

Then SV missed the FT. Then we had another freshman mistake at the end. Perfect storm.
