BTW, isn't this pretty much the exact same situation that happened at bammer a couple years ago, that the NCAA didn't even bother to investgate?

I just scanned over a few of the comments at the bottom of that article, and I think my IQ instantly dropped 20 points.

If this turns out to be true, could Johnny Football be any dumber?

This kid is self-destructive. He can't handle success and has probably just ruined his college football career. Could he pay back the money and regain his eligibility?

Reading that article about him and his family pretty well shows that he has mental problems.

He also was sent home early from the Manning Passing Academy last month.

That right there proves he's a rat.

I don't believe there's any way in hell that he'd spend hours signing autographs for anonymous ebay buyers out of the goodness of his heart.

That said, I hope they don't find any proof, and he gets to play this year.  Because I honestly believe that SEC defenses are going to eat him alive.  He was an unknown quantity last season.  But this year, they've got a whole season's worth of film to watch.  And while other teams (including his own) have been working hard this offseason, he's been living in his own reality show, globetrotting, hanging with celebrities, crashing frat parties at rival schools, and crying like a little bitch at little things like parking tickets.  He DESERVES some on-field comeuppance, and I hope he gets it.

Alabama vs. Johnny Football . . . who do you root for? As much as that little snot has irritated me this off-season, I'd have to root for Manziel.

Johnny is irritating.  But I can't root for Bama.  I just can't.

All men dream: but not equally.
Those who Dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds
Wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the
Dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they
May act their dream with open eyes, to make it Possible.
This I did.
