We won’t be playing Tiger high in the foreseeable future. At least as long as Barnes is around. They already pissed him off a few years ago. Today’s stunt should seal the deal. And frankly, I hope Barnes’ successor follows suit. We shouldn’t be propping up that Mickey Mouse program anymore. In hoops OR football.

We don't need them in either sport. I know that we want to get players (BB and FB) from the Memphis area but I don't think that it helps that much to play there every 2-3 years.

I disagree somewhat - the Vols playing in Memphis has got to help our recruiting presence there.  I don't see why we don't play them every year (cage and grid), despite knowing we would have to deal with some jackassery.  Today I would have to take them at their word and say it is just an unfortunate event with the Covid testing.
