I think that's supposed to be Corso, but the eyes are pretty creepy.

Ugh.. hate all the steel girders and construction in the background but it can't be helped at this point.  Rock looks great.

What is being built there, by the way?

That's the new Natalie Haslam Music Center building. Like a dozen other current construction projects, it'll be a huge upgrade once completed. I'm getting impatient though.
