  I thought this was a really good read about Strong. The article does say, at the very end, that Strong has moved on from the 3-3-5 as his main defense.
  But Can you imagine having a coach that understands cuttin-edged sophisticated defenses, and then actually knows how to coach them? Heck I'd just be happy if our defense knew how to line up most of the time.

  Heck I'd just be happy if our defense knew how to line up most of the time.

I'd take that as a good start. That and having them know who is supposed to be on the field.
