OK is instilling a more shotgun spread this year, this guy is a passer - but not real mobile. Could be interesting in Neyland vs our pass rush.

Yep.  Maybe they will be the ones giving up 5 sacks this year.

IIRC he played at Texas Tech.....started and played well. Got upset about something at Tech and transferred to OU.

Played well against mediocre competition. Was very average against decent teams in Big XII.

vs SMU, Stephen F Austin, TCU (4-8 that year), Texas State, and Kansas: 132-201 (66%), 1488 yards,  8 TD, 4 INT

vs Kansas State, Baylor, Texas: 86-139 (62%), 827 yards, 4 TD, 4 INT

Those Kansas State and Texas teams combined for 10 losses, too. He played 8 games against some pretty crap competition outside of Baylor. His adjusted QBR in that game was 68.3, which is not bad . . . but not so great either (Dobbs had 4 games better than that last year).

So he is Tyler Bray playing under an assumed name?  So let's hit him a couple times, and he'll just sit on the sideline and sulk.
