...the subjectivity.  The officials have no idea what constitutes a reception, and there is no consistency whatsoever.  Control and two feet in bounds should be it.  In college, control and one foot in bounds should be it.  No "football move," no control throughout the catch, etc.  Whatever happens after the catch (control and two feet in bounds) happens -- fumble, bobble, etc.  The current rule is a complete joke.

Agree.  I was never sure why they changed it to begin with.  It's completely bizarre and inconsistent.
