I hope he transfers. He is a very fine young man, but not a good qb. It effects the whole team. If we know, they know. They should go with Mauer and/or Shrout the rest of the year. Bailey & the Maryland transfer will be in the mix next year. Surely from those 4 we can find a qb.

Speaking of Richmond...he is starting at right guard and I watched him blow folks off the ball several times and USC throttled Stanford last night....Helton said that Richmond has NFL written all over him....Figures!!

JG graduated in the spring.  He could have left as a Grad Transfer already and still had 2 years of eligibility and not have to sit out a year. 

Not sure that he can leave as a grad transfer now, since he has started his grad program at UT.  I think that's just a one time opportunity. 

Besides, as has been asked already, who in their right mind would take him as a grad student with one year left?  Nobody worth going to is going to promise him a starting spot.
