Actually, it was 57-10. Western Michigan rushed for 450 yards and 7 touchdowns.

But you know what? We knew the loss to Georgia State was the worst loss in school history. I don't think we really need confirmation of that. I've been as critical of Pruitt as anybody (and more than most) but I'd rather focus on the positives from Tennessee's win over Chattanooga and how team is improving. Georgia State is in the past. By the same token, I don't feel any better about the BYU loss since they beat USC. It wasn't losing to BYU that bothered me...it was the way we lost to BYU.

Agree that we should move on from Georgia State and hope it was a one-off anomaly not to be repeated  Not sure it's the worst in school history, but it's a lock for top  three in any case.  Still can't get past how unlikely that was, but proves that you have to be ready to play.

If going forward we continue to improve, Georgia State can be left in the rear view mirror as a barely explainable lesson on the importance of being prepared and motivated. It can actually be a positive if it motivates the team to play better the rest of the year.  This is how I am hoping it turns out.
