I have no love for OSU but as an old college football fan I have to say: That ain't right.

Yep, and their fans were pissed.  The game was originally supposed to be televised on FS1, but when the Yanks/Astros was rained out on Wednesday and pushed to Thursday/Friday in New York, Fox rescheduled the baseball game to FS1 and pushed the Ohio State/NW game to the Big Ten Network.  And tOSU fans, of course, think they are too good to be on a network few people in the country can even get.

And I agree about college football on Friday nights, even for my beloved Army Black Knights, who are struggling right now, by the way.  Ever since they missed that field goal attempt that would have beaten Michigan in The Big House they have really taken a step backwards, but I regress.  Friday night is for high school football.  Period.  For the big universities to play on Friday nights is a slap in the face to high school football, IMO, which is the hand that feeds college football.  I just don't like it.

Yeah, I actually had tickets and me and my much better half were planning on going.  But I ended up having to have a medical procedure on Thursday that's left me even more loopy than I normally am from the affects of the anesthesia, so we gave the tickets to some current Cadet parent friends of ours.

And it's a 7 PM Eastern game, by the way.

Thanks to both of you well wishers.

Getting old really sucks.  Like the old saying goes, if I knew I was going to live this long I would have taken better care of myself.

Yeah, get well.  You're loopy enough as it is!
